Do you provide free consultation? | Is a reservation required?

To ensure a smooth treatment process for our customers, we have developed a unique system tailored to our operations.

As we serve hundreds of customers daily, we follow these key guidelines:

1. Reservation System

Most appointments are made on the same day. Walk-ins without a reservation are challenging to accommodate. While not impossible, securing your desired time slot is unlikely, so we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance.

2. Free Expert Consultation

Customers with a reservation are welcomed to a free one-on-one consultation with an expert upon arrival. During this consultation, you can discuss all aspects of the treatment with a specialist to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

How much time does it take? | What is the recovery period?

At PPEUM Global, while we do have customers who live in Korea, the majority of our customers reside overseas and travel to Korea specifically for our beauty treatments.

To accommodate their needs, we have developed a highly efficient service system to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.

1. Treatment Duration

Relatively simple procedures, such as facials and single treatments, typically take about 1 hour, including consultation and waiting time.

More time-intensive treatments generally require approximately 2 hours, also including consultation and waiting time.

2. Recovery Information

Most customers who undergo treatments can return to their daily activities immediately. Temporary swelling from injection treatments typically subsides within a few days.

However, for treatments such as thread lifting, a recovery period of 1 to 2 weeks is recommended to ensure a smooth return to daily life. Allowing for a longer rest period can also help accelerate the recovery process.

Would there be any difficulties with communication?

We are often asked about potential communication challenges, especially for those who are not fluent in Korean.

Since we serve many international customers, we understand that this is a common concern. However, you can rest assured that there are no communication issues here.
